Agenda
Check-in begins at 8:00am at the All-New Hotel Essex Chicago, please try to arrive on time so that you get the most out of your attendance. Note: You must check-in and stay for the duration of the education to receive CEU credits for your CMP.
We will kick off this morning of education with a short presentation from Ateema Media & Marketing’s Founder and CEO, Tim O’Malley, and our a representative from our host, Hotel Essex.
At about 8:45am we will begin our first set of round table discussions, each rotation is about 15-18 minutes with transition time to move between stations. In the middle of the roundtable discussions, we will take a 10 minute break. Ateema will keeo track of time during the event and indicate when we rotate stations.
Strengthen the relationships you made at Planner Master Class over lunch and refreshments, provided by Hotel Essex. This is a great time to make stronger connections to the people that you met throughout the day including sponsors, and fellow planners. You can choose to stay or leave for lunch and be on with the rest of your day.

If you can say ‘yes’ to at least one of the following, you are qualified to attend:
- You hold the title of meeting or event planner or the like
- Your role requires you to plan or assist with at least three events per year
- You have an annual event budget of $15,000 or more
Your registration is subject to review by Ateema Media & Marketing prior to attendance.
